ha! that sounded like Alana Arenas. She has a very smooth and distinctive voice. She sounds like cool poetry. In fact, the casting was great because each actor involved had such a distinct voice. I hope more people hear about it. Thanks for the clarification, Erica.

Actually Monty, Ora was not involved in the production as her schedule at Chicago Shakespeare didn’t allow for it. Ensemble Member Alana Arenas and Steppenwolf friend, Erica Elam, were the 2 other female voices and ensemble member Robert Breuler joined as well. So thrilled you listened and enjoyed. It was a thrilling project on which to collaborate.

I just finished listening to the radio play Darger and the Detective. That was extraordinary. EXCELLENT work, guys. I would go see that in a heartbeat. If you haven't checked it out already, Steppenwolf did a radio play for BBC that is currently on their website for Drama on 3. It's...just so good. Tracy Letts, Yasen Peyankov, Ora Jones, Amy Morton, Ian Barford, I mean just obviously something you'd want to miss. And it's only there for four more days! They recorded it in May right here in Chicago and it's beautifully created.
